Stitched articles are generally made to order and may take approximately 1.5 working days to be prepared and dispatched. Unstitched articles will be dispatched after the order has been confirmed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return, replacement, or refund is required due to an error on our part or because an item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Most stitched articles are made to order. Therefore, stitched articles are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind, size preference, or personal preference.

An exchange, replacement, or refund may be considered if an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Clear photographs of the product, the issue, and the original packaging may be required for evaluation.

If the issue is verified and approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or the return is due to an error on our part.

Once a returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will generally be processed within 5 to 6 working days. Additional processing time may be required by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
