Stitched articles are generally made to order and require approximately 1.5 working days to be prepared and dispatched.

Unstitched articles will be dispatched once the order has been confirmed.

Please note that dispatch timelines may vary during sales, promotional periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery location and the applicable shipping method. The final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated to you before your order is confirmed.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return or refund is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping or tracking details through the contact information provided at the time of placing your order.

While we make every effort to ensure that orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
