RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

The Customized stitched products will not be return. In case of any size issue from our side we will change it but customer will bear the delivery charges. Pret wear products will be returned within 7 days of purchase. Email us at return[at]amnaismail.com to exchange a product or return it.

Please be sure about size while ordering do check size chart, if you want to order different size from our size chart please write that in order box or contact us on whatsapp. Articles on the basis of size can not returned either way , it can only be returned if there is any default in dress or dress is riuned by us.

*Please note*
This policy applies in Pakistan only. Original purchase of the invoice needs to be presented and sent. Products should be unused and in the same condition as it was purchased.

In case of return, customer will send the product to our office via courier and money would be refunded within 5 working days via bank transfer. In case of exchange, customer first needs to send the product to our office.

ANY ORDER AFTER 36 HOURS WILL NOT BE CANCELLED, EITHER IT'S CUSTOM MADE OR NOT.
